Our Story
Johnson Engineering Group traces its roots to 1986 when one of our co-founders started our predecessor firm. Back then, the focus was bringing water and wastewater treatment systems to rural Midwest towns and helping the nascent livestock industry bring food to the world. The firm quickly built a reputation as an innovative problem solver that worked tirelessly for its clients. Today, we are building on this foundation to help clients across major markets develop innovative projects.
We specialize in engineering, environmental and construction services. Our approach blends technical expertise with the latest technologies to solve complex challenges ranging from buildings to energy to industry or bringing new technologies to market. This approach enables us to bring the sophistication of a large engineering firm while being a family-owned firm that is committed to forging lasting relationships with our clients.
